So where does this topic of focus really emerge from? Well,  the track of thoughts is that, in the world wind of the messy affairs of life, the traumas, dramas and everything else that follows we often-loose focus of the real purpose. What we have set out to do, or what we really want to achieve.
Have you really observed a child playing? or demanding for something? His focus is really very clear, its fun, or the object of desire, to hell with what are the consequences of it, or limitations.
All our life we have been set into limitations, by our parents, seniors, teachers or just ourselves. Hence we get caught up in what the world shows up, rather that believing in what we actually want.
The society, dos and don’ts, haves and have not’s, thoughts and emotions, are all too many things we loose ourselves in and forget the main Focus.
If there is a task to be done or problem to be solved and we are really clear on what we would like to achieve, then its important not to get caught up in who’s ahead and who’s behind, it doesn’t matter what challenges come along with it, how much hard work you need to put into it, who’s doing the work and it really doesn’t matter how it shows up in our lives.
The FOCUS has to be clear, not all the baggage that’s lying around on the way to the destination.
And how wonderful it would truly be if we could FOCUS back on joy and happiness within.
Have an awesome day :-)
